Those results are read by a Board Certified Sleep Physician, and are usually back to us in 3-5 business days. How It Works

It’s Easy to Get Started

Consultation

Our team will address your sleep-related concerns and assess whether a Home Sleep Test (HST) is a suitable option for you. Usually we can send a HST device home with you the day of your consultation or within a few days.

Analysis

When you return the device to us, we will download the data and send it for analysis. A Board Certified Sleep Physician will review the data and furnish us with a detailed report of the results.

Testing

When we send you home with an HST device, we will include both written instructions and an instructional video so that you are comfortable with setting up the test for the night. While you sleep, the device will gather the data that is needed for sleep apnea analysis.

Results and Treatment

If the results indicates that you do indeed have sleep apnea, 4 Seasons Sleep with work with you on a treatment plan that is personalized just for you to treat your sleep apnea. Our goal is to improve your sleep, and improve your life!
